It’s easy to think that you have a plan; you just haven’t written it down yet. However, if you want to grow your business and achieve your goals, this is an essential step. 
You don’t need a long document that you’ll never use, but you do need to formalise your plans clearly and concisely. This part of the GAP Program brings together all the other steps we have taken. We will create an overall business strategy, including your sales and marketing, in a step by step action plan. 
It will include the direction you are taking and who needs to do what, by when and how. Then all you have to do is follow the plan. When you take action, one thing is certain – things will change.

Many business owners have management and operational routines that have grown out of their day to day needs. They might not be written down and they probably haven’t been reviewed in a long time.

We will review progress regularly to make sure you and your team are achieving the right results. You will want to know that others are playing their part, so we will create useful and reliable reporting processes.
